The KanaMaster Rewards loyalty program is a program that allows customers to earn points on Anker.com (excluding third-party retailers like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc., and excluding distributors) that can be redeemed for rewards and member benefits as a thank-you for their loyalty.

Note: To earn K-Fins, you must be registered for the anaMaster Rewards Program.

No, rewards, benefits, and K-Fins earned through the loyalty program have no cash value and cannot be transferred to others.

No, K-Fins earned on different accounts cannot be combined or aggregated for any reason.

K-Fins can be earned on Kanama.com. To earn K-Fins, you must be logged in to your Kanama account at the time of purchase or engage in other eligible actions that qualify for rewards.

After your order payment is successfully processed, your K-Fins will be credited to your account immediately. If you have questions about your membership account, please contact Kanama Customer Service at support@kanama.com.

You can earn K-Finsin the following ways:

②Place Orders
③Follow Us On Our Social Media Accounts

If you return a product or cancel an order, the K-Fins earned from that purchase will be reversed or decreased. K-Fins will also be deducted for partial refunds due to price adjustments.

To redeem your K-Fins, log in to your account and go to the "Ways To Redeem" section. Select the product you want and click on "Redeem," then fill in the shipping details and submit your request.

No, once you confirm your redemption, you cannot cancel, return, or exchange the product. Please double-check before confirming the redemption. Contact Kanama Customer Service at support@kanama.com within 7 days if the products arrive damaged.
